NO GUARANTEES ARE MADE HEREIN, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE PAID BY THE PURCHASER. THIS INCLUDES ANY AND ALL RETURNS. BY SENDING US A PAYMENT, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ALL ARE POLICIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR NOT, THEY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY ORDER AS MOT MERCHANDISE IS SEASONSAL AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY THE RESPECTIVE MANUFACTURE WITHOUT NOTICE.
ALL ORDERS PLACED BY "YOU" TO "US" ARE SUBJECT TO BE PARTIALLY FULLFILLED. IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ORDER MAY NOT BE FULLFILLED, "WE", AT OUR DESCRETION WILL SHIP A PARTIAL ORDER WITH THE REMAINDER OF YOUR PAYMENT REFUNDED, LESS ANY CHARGES IF THEY APPLY(so plan ahead).
INTERNET RETURNS OR ADJUSTMENTS
You must contact us within a 3 day period of the receipt of shipment to request a Return Authorization Number for any reason.
Return Authorizations will not be considered after this time. Credits and/or Refunds will not be issued without the proper Return Authorization Number. ALL Authorizations must include a copy of your invoice. All returns must be returned to us freight prepaid, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
In the event of a damaged parcel, you must contact us within a 3 day period of receipt of shipment. We will then issue the appropriate return and handling procedure.
IN THE UN-LIKELY EVENT THIS OCCURS, YOU MUST SAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. DO NOT USE THE DAMAGED ITEMS. USING THEM CONSTITUTES FRAUD! THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BACK, NOR A REFUND GIVEN IF SO.
WE DO NOT CREDIT SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED AFTER 3 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT.
Merchandise purchased before the particular Holiday may not be returned after it, whether for refund, credit, exchange etc etc etc..
